December 31: Last day to pay on time.
January 1: Taxes become delinquent; delinquent fees and 12% annual interest apply.
January: Delinquent notices mailed.
February 28: Last day to pay by check. After this date, payments must be certified funds, card, or cash.
March: Notices mailed before the Tax Lien Auction.
First Tuesday in May: Annual Tax Lien Auction.
